These Terms apply to your use of lavafor.com and to every order you place. "We", "us" and "our" mean VULKOORA LLC, trading as Lavafor, registration number 2026-002114506, of 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #39524, Casper, WY 82609, United States. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. These Terms

These Terms should be read with our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Payment and Billing Policy, Privacy and Cookie Policy, and the information shown on each product page.

2. Using the website

You must be 18 or over, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order. You must not use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, to infringe others' rights, to spread malicious software, or to interfere with the website's security.

3. Products

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different on your screen, and natural materials such as rubber and cork vary slightly. Measurements are approximate.

4. Product safety

Our mats are designed for yoga, Pilates and similar exercise. Use them on a flat, stable surface. Mats with a natural rubber base contain natural latex. Please choose a latex-free mat if you have a latex allergy. Consult a qualified professional before starting a new exercise programme.

5. Orders and contract

When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging it. This does not mean your order has been accepted. The contract between us is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch. We may refuse or cancel an order before acceptance, for example because of unavailability, an obvious pricing error, failed payment or suspected fraud. If we do, we will refund you in full.

6. Prices

Prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. If there is an obvious pricing error, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel without charge.

7. Payment, delivery and returns

These are covered by our Payment and Billing Policy, Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy. Goods become your responsibility when they are delivered to you or to a person or place you nominated.

8. Accounts

If you create an account, keep your login details confidential and tell us if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or unlawfully.

9. Reviews and content you submit

Reviews must be genuine, based on your own experience, and must not be unlawful, abusive or misleading. We publish genuine reviews whether positive or negative, and we may remove content that breaks these rules.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the Lavafor name and logo, text, product descriptions, photographs and design, is owned by or licensed to VULKOORA LLC. You may not copy or reuse it without permission.

11. Our responsibility to you

If we fail to keep to these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or negligence. We are not responsible for business losses, or for loss that was not foreseeable. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory consumer rights.

12. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. If such an event affects your order, we will tell you as soon as possible and you may cancel and receive a refund for anything paid but not received.

13. Website availability

We do not guarantee the website will always be available. Access may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control.

14. Complaints

15. Governing law and courts

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of your home country. You keep all mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
